The Four Hundred Silent Years

The history from the end of the writing of the prophet Malachi until God resumed giving new revelation to His people as recorded in the Gospels reveals details of the empires God had foretold to the prophet Daniel.  While God was silent in giving forth new revelation He was not still or without purpose in the affairs of mankind.  Today there continues to much to be learned from [the Jews] history.  As readers and observers we may live with heighted awareness of the power of God carrying forth His plans and keeping His promises as His timeline for earth's ultimate destiny moves ahead unhindered.
